Secret Tip for Unlimited Good Karma in the Megaton
In order to acquire unlimited good karma, move towards the Megaton and locate a church, which is used for the Kids of atom. There will be some people who pray to the bomb which is not yet detonated, the megaton is constructed around. In that building, you will be able to locate a priest, who is around the nuclear bomb. Giving the priest some of your donations will earn you some good karma, this is an easy trick and you can repeat it as many times and earn unlimited karma.

Tip for Items
Before you can get the access to such items, you need to acquire the sneak skill level of 60. Get some scrapped metal and go to the Fort Independence, upon reaching there, look up for the protector Casdin and talk to him about the junk scrapped metal which you want to donate to him. This action will make him offer you 5.6mm rounds of bullets, stimpaks, frag grenades and radaways. You can pick the item which you want and then save your game. This trick shall earn you those items, you can also get your scrap metal from the protector, but you would need to steal it from him. Repeat this task to acquire as manytimes as many times you want.

Tip to Skip the Storyline
While you are playing within the story line and enter intp to the wasteland level up until atleast the level2 for the very first time, you should go to the Rivet City ( you have the opportunity to go to other places such as GNR radio station or Megaton ) and exchange few words with the Dr Li. If you manage to complete all of this activity successfully while you reach to the GNR radio station part of story line, this can help you skip that particular story line completely. In order to find the Rivet CIty, get back to the map and you will be able to locate it in the Southwest area.

Fear Factory
When you get into the Museum, you would need to locate the notice which is plastered around the wall terminal on the far right side. That notice reads something about the virus which infects their archetype, notice has some lyrics to the song Archetype by Fear Factory which read something like this "the infection has been removed, the soul of this machine has improved." Here you got the reference for the fear factory.
