Cheat Mode -
When the game is paused press the follwing to unlock the cheats selection at the options menu:

Cheat options include Enable All Levels, Gimme $10000, Toggle Unit Spying, Show LZs, Player Invulnerable
and Clear Fog Of War, Cheat Win.

In the options menu you can now toggle the following: Fog on/off - Invincibility-Unlock all Levels-Show LZ's-Get $10,000-Toggle unit spying

-win level
-unit invinsible
-$10,000
-uncover shroud
-unlock all levels

Alien vs. Predator: Extinction Hints

The most powerful alien is ravenger so on the last mission make one ravenger and attack the ex aliens with one but make sure you have player unvunerable on

If you play as the aliens a useful tip is to move your queen near explorers as they don't attack and just run around.

You can have her lay eggs that will hatch straight away, facehuggers which will go inside the explorers and presto you have some warriors.
