play 2 player with friend. get two player to run/sprint behind player 1 while player 1 have the ball and you will go faster
bounce
when you are running with the ball if you are doinf fast run after about seven or eight steps stop doing fast run so that the player can bounce the ball. if you are doing fast run your player will not bounce the ball then it will be a free kick to the other team.
